Graeme has practised as a lawyer for over 25 years, initially acquiring invaluable skills as a banking and commercial litigator for 7-8 years, then setting up his own legal firm, specialising in property, trusts, estate planning and business law.
He has acted successfully on a wide spectrum of legal transactions, ranging from individual wills, family trusts and private residential conveyances to joint venture companies and multi-million dollar property developments.
Clients appreciate his legal expertise, professionalism, lateral thinking, robust practical approach and “can-do” attitude to all legal transactions, simple or complex.
Graeme has an active, sporting family who have all trained in martial arts for many years. His two young adult sons are now passionate rugby league players and his daughter plays netball, touch and tag. Much of Graeme’s spare time is devoted to voluntary work for his sons’ local rugby league club - the mighty Richmond Rovers Rugby League Club - where he is Treasurer, Honorary Solicitor, Junior Academy Director and Senior Football Manager.
Elizabeth initially practised as a solicitor then barrister, specialising in civil litigation. She took time away from law to raise her family and has recently commenced work specifically to manage, oversee and coordinate all the professionals and service contractors involved in the Land Dividers section of the practice.
She works to ensure that the various parties are focused on each client’s subdivision, and that each subdivision is efficiently and properly managed up to the successful issue of new legal titles.
Her legal background, professionalism, and natural rapport with both clients and other professionals are invaluable skills for Land Dividers.
Janet has over 20 years experience with Law Firm Accounting Software and has worked with Graeme for many years.
She is responsible for the balancing of all client transactions in the Trust Account and complying with the standards set by New Zealand Law Society, including providing monthly reports to the NZLS.
